Shipping & Delivery
For your protection, Naynamehta.com always: Insures and registers all items for their full value. Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer please check with your local customs office for information. For orders shipped collects the relevant duties for each order. Learn more about our shipping policies, and contact us with any international shipping questions. Naynamehta.com is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Naynamehta.com within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.
Returns & Replacements
Nayna wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Website. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, Nayna will accept it for return and refund if the product is returned within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting us by email at info@naynamehta.com. The returned product must be undamaged, and include all original packaging. Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Nayna is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Nayna cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
